I wouldn't worry too much about Sandy, when he gets delisted they can sign him straight up for next year.
Alright, take it easy, I don't want you all to have to eat your words.

Yeah, fair enough, was just being a smart arse really. I like what I've seen of Minch and would be happy to be proved wrong, I just think the numbers might not add up for him.

At the moment it's like we have 2 VFL teams.

the club has a LOT of work to do before it starts to turn around.

The official delistings later this year are going to be very interesting and maybe even surprising.

The Saints are under review, will it make any difference to the underachievers ?

The club is only allowed 4 type A rookies
Of the 4 we presently have Minchington is behind Weller, Shenton and Templeton
One of the second year rookies has to go Shenton or Minchington just to allow a rookie pick this time round.

No. Shenton and Minchington actually have to go. They've have had their time on the rookie list. That means we either promote them to the senior list or redraft them to the rookie list or dump them outright. But one way or another we'll have at least two rookie picks this year.

Minch and Shent are both 3rd year rookie-- I don't know that they could een be re rookied?

shame we are not that one year in advance when the proposed VFL team would be in as they would be great to have as the Supplementary list- as would a few of the Veterans....

My impression is that they can but they have to go through the draft so other clubs get a shot at them. I'm sure that's happened to a few players in recent years.

Minchington could be a real prospect as he has the skills.

Jezz -- I would have thought Minchinton was showing real promise.
