Time for the 2021 leadership group to announce itself

Post: # 1875973Post carn_sainter »

Adversity can be like a parabola. A little bit of it works against you, but at a certain threshold a lot of adversity works in your favour. Classic backs to the wall underdog stuff.

I reckon this week we're at the level of adversity where it works in our favour. Carlisle, Ryder, Long and Battle - either underdone or not playing - are significant personnel changes against the best team of the last 3 or 4 years.

We're a well bonded team with good spirit and enthusiasm. I trust we'll bring effort, but we also need execution under immense pressure. We need individuals to influence the game - to get it going in our favour or to stop the opposition and swing momentum back our way.

We know what we've got with Geary, Ross, Hannebery, Membrey, Billings. As a group, they've been okay, but 2021 onwards needs to be better.

Now is the time for the new leaders to emerge.
Howard
Wilkie
Marshall
Steele
Clark
Jones
Coffield
King

Who else? Who wants it?
