Daniel Girlmore
Have watched a fair amount of South Fremantle games over the last few years whilst this guy has played.
and having spoken to people that know him, he is a "dumb" footballer who does not understand game plans.
he is also a very offensive player with poor defensive skills. Blake ( should he play on him) needs to push forward at every opportunity, Girlmore is going to look to run off and get cheap possesions at every chance.
I dont condone it,( well i do actually) but a "solid Hit" on Girlmore early on will make his mind go elsewhere and effectively render him useless.

After the fight is cooled down, all the freo guys are still fired up and 10 times more hungrier for the ball. wouldnt mind some of our guys to be like this.

Reminds me of that great alternative theme song intro we used to play in the late 80s/mid 90s in the Social Club.Aussie Bears wrote: I dont condone it,( well i do actually) but a "solid Hit" on Girlmore early on will make his mind go elsewhere and effectively render him useless.
Hit 'em nice and hard.
Make 'em drop their guard
And we're loyal to our mates
Cause we're The Saints

If he is a "dumb" footballer, we are in strife. Just like Essendon, as he was their 3rd best player against them, and he been in their top 6 best players for a few weeks now. If he rucks against Blake, I look foward to reading your comments on who is a "dumb footballer".
