Membership Query

Hi, can someone offer some advice
Im family, 16 game social club member with level 1 reserve seats. Seeing all this talk re membership and stuff, obviously info has been sent out. Ive received nothing yet. My surname begins with a Y and im used to getting things last. Do I want or should i contact someone. I seen some DVD offer on Harves if membership paid prior to early december date which will soon be upon us. Also assume there is a cut off as normal to keep the seats.

many have entered "my account" on saints site to pay before the e-mail or postal arrives- as the accounts ahve been updated..
