Has anyone got any updates from training this week....

All this Ben Cousins talk is really doing my head in with the ifs and buts....

He is not a player at our club so get over it people....

I want to hear some good news about the saints like who is tearing it up on the track or who is in good physical condition...

The guys are at the Gold Coast

Starting at 5.30 in the morinig with an early surf and swim, then 2 hours of training, then some weights in the afternoon

Tom Lynch has a slight hamstrigh strain- thats what he said after he sore his knee bandaged, he said it wasnt the knee it went up to his hammy, other than that most are pretty fit and firing

I've got plenty S.A Saint but you'll have to patient... I 've just returned home after a 12 hour car trip and I'm FLOWERED!!

Training was great.. the function was fantastic

(excepting the fact that I never met Batnoe)

Hey Batnoe! I was the 'spruiker' for the auction.. Joey(played auctioneer) and I made a killing

$750.00 for a signed training guernsy. Not too shabby!

Expect a full report (with pics) tomorrow... I'm going to bed.

Report from Moorabbin.....

Ben Cousins was NOT at StKilda's training session today.

And, there was a massive crowd of TWO, who saw that he was not there.

I am looking forward to next weeks training reports when the senior boys return from Queensland and are joined by the new rookies. I hope a few Saintsationalers can get there and give us reports.

The boys are on leave straight after Gold coast and not back until new year, not sure when.
