The AGE subscription !!

I received notification today that my AGE subscription has been extended to Feb 2010.

I am on the "Rollover" membership, so this suggests that my memberships have been processed and the club has notified The AGE.

Still no sign of my DVD !!

and read the fine print Eastern DVD's with memberships in Feb..

I wont be getting the L2 reserved seats but will get the membership.

Have been one since 1991 so cant give up now.

got my AGE notification extention to 2010 also, but it was March 2009 until Feb 2010.....maybe my current deliveries have been extended for a month due to all the holiday suspensions I've used.

Eastern - did yours say from Feb 2009 to Feb 2010 (assuming you haven't suspended it at all for holidays)?

Mine is the same as your saintspremiers and I did suspend my deliveries on a few occasions

Hmm....I had some issues last year with the Age subscription...I might call them just in case there is another stuff up....I would've thought they'd print a full year (Feb 09 - Feb 10) for everyone.

I'll report back on here once I've called them.

mine last year the stopped without warning- I rang the deliverer who said - no it's finished- I had the letter confirming renewal - so rang the age who corrected the deliverer.

I've never got any kind of newspaper delivered before - but perhaps someone can tell me how they would deliver a newspaper to a group of townhouses / apartments, and knowing who it would be assigned too on a daily basis? or its luck of the game in a situation like that....

I also had 1 month less on my rollover notice. I rang The Age this morning and they said there must have been an error. they will fix my dates and send me a new notice.

It sounds like this has happenened to a lot of people so hopefully they realise this and make a bulk amendment. Anyone ringing them up to get their dates fixed might like to make The Age aware of this.

March 2009 to Feb 2010 means the beginning of March 2009 till the end of Feb 2010, which is a full year.

My letter states 15/03/09 to 19/02/10

and I have suspended the newspaper on a few occasions

I have just contacted the Age, they state that the problem is that when I had contacted the delivering Newsagent to suspend deliveries, they may not have contacted the Age and notified them.

They are in the process of contacting the agent and are going to send me another letter with the correct dates.

agree with eastern- seems to have a month missing.
