I have 48 minutes on a DVD of todays training - Don't know if it should go on You-tube or if someone wants a copy to deal with it in the best way to get to the public. PM if you want a copy and are prepared to share it with others!

Can make a few comments :-

Steve Baker was looking so ripped and the run throughs he did were very quick - Coaching Staff commented that they were the quickest he has ever done

All players - including CJ were taking leadership roles and commenting on the need for concentration and endurance and the 1%ers

48 Minutes won't go on Youtube, but, you can use a program like Windows Movie Maker (which appears on nearly every Microsoft computer as a starter program) to edit the footage into 10 minute blocks or simply select the best 10 minutes to put on youtube. If your interested in doing that but don't know how, send me a PM and I'll explain the saving process etc for you. Youtube accepts videos now up to 1GB so it doesn't matter how big the files are

Thanks Moccha for the pictures. Nice shade of green grass but I found the demolition pics to be rather sad.

the weather changed barely 20 minutes into the session the guys were out before 9 - went in briefly as is their want and then once back out stayed out till well after 11..... dropped from 33 - to 28 and then down to 23.

after they stopped watching the demolition early on it was a full session.
most had to be called in after 11 as they were busy in their little groups doing stuff.
