What a joke this club is - how simple it is to renew a membership year after year without stuffing it up time after time.

Last year I spent over $1500 on 4 memberships for my family but I am afriad this year it is no more.

Why should I have to put money towards a club that doesn't return my calls after 5 attempts, sent my details to the wrong address and charged my card twice.

I will take my money elsewhere since the club is so pathetic in keeping records on my family even after 23 seasons.

Jesus mate, you deserve a LOT better than that. I'm sad that your first post here has to be a whinge, but by golly, you must be absolutely fed up.

I hope you can find a way to sign up - we need the true supporters to stick fat.

I am not totally slamming the club just expect better from our membership department. Simple mistakes are costly when you invest your hard dollars into a club and they do not appreciate it.

Like him or not AF has responded to each and every one of my emails and he is not in the habit of ignoring emails that are sent to him.

I do not believe that it is the club's fault itself.. but rather the HR staff who hire these incapable clowns who run the department obviously.. you can never find good service or reliable workers anywhere..
