We are so lucky right now to have an abundance of tall utility talent in Fisher, Goddard, Gilbert, Raph, Roo, Blake etc. these players are so valuble in modern footy.

Gilbert will keep getting better... potential superstar in our midst...

Sat in the Freo Cheersquad tonight with a couple mates after I sat at the MW for the first half and you don't appreciate the work he does to get to the right spots unless you watch him from ground level.

I have seen him kick for goal, he has a long, accurate, penetrating kick. I didn't say to move him down forward all the time. I said I thought it would be good to have him there like BJ was there last week. Switch them round and make the other teams react to us.

Hey, I'm a huge fan of his efforts and agree he works like a trojan, but there's more to offer, I believe.

if kosi misses as seems likely we'll be down a key forward.

gilbert spent time there in the pre-season and would be one of several possibilities.
