We were watching a replay of Sat. night's game and started to notice the excellent work McQ was doing in and around the packs with quick, intelligent disposals by hand and foot -many setting up attacking plays...gone up a few rungs IMHO. He might not be standing out in stats etc., but jeez he was bloody effective.

Was it him or Geary that smashed some hapless bugger with a 'Gilbert on Kerr' type tackle? Think it was in 3rd qr? All I saw was this little dark haired fella blur across the screen and smash some bloke. Nothing much was made of it. Bloody good hit though. My inner Rugby-ite was woken from a longstanding slumber...
