Matt Maguire's VFL clash scrutinised- Confused?

"It is understood the Maguire-Proctor clash was not caught on film"

I watched the game on the ABC Grandstand program last week and saw the tackle which resulted in a Dolphin player being stretchered off the ground. Is this the same incident that they are talking about from late in the game? Because, if it is, how do they not have vision of it? I may be extremely daft but they replayed that tackle over and over again as he was leaving the ground. Seems a bit odd that now there is no footage from the incident...

Ridiculous article. That was the one and only "incident".

Apparantely tackles are now considered "incidents".

"I've been listening to the commentary coming from the Melbourne media about how St Kilda's tackling has gone up a number of degrees and if that's the example of it, well it certainly has gone up," Mace said.

"We can't take any further action.

Nothing to worry about  [/i]

Because we all know how much credibility Hutchy has

I have a cousin in the industry who says he's an arrogant, unethical bastard.

How about Hutchy's opening line quote in the SHS, something like 'St Kilda's Matt Maguire is being investigated after an OFF THE BALL incident'.... it then goes on to quote a VFL official who says 'Their is no investigation as the the injured player was in possession of the ball'!

How can an incident be off the ball when the ball is in the tackled player's hands???

He is just the lowest of the low & I can't wait to meet that pr1ck one day & give him a burst.
