The Bubble - A Bargain at $1.00
Hi Guys,
I was passing Linton St last Saturday so I popped into the Saints Locker and picked up a copy of "The Bubble" for $1.00. Even though it's a bit dated now it's still a great read about the inner workings of the club in 2010. And for a dollar it's a bargain!
Cheers,
Chris

lol very disappointingKickit wrote:Good book, but I didn't like the ending.
on a serious note, it actually does provide you with a reasonable insight into what was happening at the club at the time and for me at least. It reinforced some of the criticisms I had of that regime and dispelled some myths about some highly debated topics like who was available for the 2010.
I liked it.
That being said, it is far from a neutral view and does appear to go out of its way to paint particular ppl in certain ways

I agree with most of that. I think it was fairly unique, being written by the Conditioning/Medical guy rather than another bio from a former player.skeptic wrote:lol very disappointingKickit wrote:Good book, but I didn't like the ending.
