Don't get me wrong. I am pro a stand-along team. Mainly because it involves bringing Moorabbin back to life and a whole heap of other side benefits.
But I'm of the view it wont be a panacea. There was a minority view on here that if we got a stand-alone team it will lead to an instant flag.
I see it as a marginal improvement. Footscray are going OK - just ok - but lets keep our pants on - they sit 14th on the AFL ladder so don't over-hype it.

Anyway - back on point. I am sure interested in getting some detailed reports of what happened in todays match.

Western Bulldogs aren't!

The Bulldogs almost succeed, almost 60 years since they won a flag, they are a non entity, however, they have got their standalone team working, maybe it will help them.

It's tough at the moment for a crap team like the Bulldogs without a decent key forward. Not that i care about them.
