watch out for your selves and your neighbours
as I read of 50-60 homes destroyed in fires today in Victoria
after 18 homes last weekend

Recently evacuated from Lorne tonight, seriously scary stuff down there. Here's hoping the fire dies down and the house is okay. Good luck to anyone else affected!

Bush fires are very frightening. I still remember our property being burnt out the year before Ash Wednesday.
