My advice to Harves would be to take the Collingwood offer. They seem to have a bit more respect for senior personel.

There are also those coaches who have a negative impact. If a coach wants to 'change' a team and does so without buy in from a senior group they can have a negative influence.

I dont watch the VFL and would like to know what brand of footy port play. That would have a big say in how he should be percieved as a candidate.
