For the people that don’t rate Richo, you’re playing it the wrong way.

You need to talk him up as a master tactician, so that hopefully Freo or Carlton will poach him.

I think Richo coached for his career, and not for the betterment of the list and the club for the last 1/3 of the season. He played it safe to avoid potential floggings and the sack, as oppossed to having a good look at the list. We’re now stuck with Richo and we’ve delisted some players that haven’...

Imo you get a ruckman in when you have far more midfield depth than we have, the ruckman is one of the last pieces of the puzzle. So no thanks to Lycett.

And yes to Hanaberry provided we don’t pay overs...with any sort of luck we do a Hawthorn/Burgoyne with him and get at least 5-6 years out of him.

If he can fix us, he’ll be able to name his price going forward.

Not sure I’ll be doing it until Richo and Kingsley are gone.

I’ve been a lifetime supporter and longtime member.

But I’ve had enough of them butchering the list.

Kingsley 8 years no success.

Richo 5 years no success.

Yet they survive the purge.
