nobody really expected Rix to come out on top but he was expected to be competitive which he was not.
that was a Capuano'esk performance
if we cant expect him to at least be competitive then why is he even on the list... Trent Knobel was a much much better player

Did Goose come straight in?
Forgive my ignorance here... when did Goose come into the team? I he had a longterm injury with his stress fractures whuch flared up again over the preseason setting him back for 4-6 weeks. I have it in my head that he came into the team 2-3 weeks ago and its dawned on me that he's straight into sen...

Am I right???
Now I haven't watched any of the game nor listened on the radio... all i know is that we lost with a very negative brand of football. Now I'm going to make a little prediction here... The brigrade of players on our list that many forumites refer to as "Not so skilled but make up for it with the...

geeeeeez some of you guys are touchy... i don't think Hayes' post did any of the things he's being criticised for... he's just making some observations... not saying previous coaches should be reinstated or current coaches should be sacked i'd say he makes a few valid points too Seriously guys chill...

Serious Question. Has Ferg only just come back from injury? What has his exhibited form been? Unless he has been playing blinders why would he be up for selection next week? I quite like some of Barks other suggested changes.....but this one seems a bit rushed. I would also keep Gilbert down back. ...

Against Sydney in Rd1, late in the last 1/4 there was an instance when the ball was kicked to a 1:1 contest about 40m from the Saints goal. Riewoldt VS his opponent (Bolton?!) There were loose players around every where and u just had the feeling that whoever won that contest, their team would win t...

Team for next week
God I hope M. Gardiner is back... It's a tough ask because it's not as simple as dropping a few bad performing players... it's a question of which players can win their respective positions... not just negate. Here's my try: B L.Fisher, Hudghton, Ferguson HB Goddard, Kosi, S.Fisher C Gram, Ball, C. ...

Raph Clarke is a pathetic excuse for a footballer he gave away about 5 goals and was absolutely pathetic... I have never seen a player sooo mediocre continually playing in a good team like him... the hard facts are he is not and never will be a premiership player same as Blake and Fiora... PATHETIC...

Kossie to CHB Gram to the Wing Armitage, just play the kid and give him game time How's Ferguson travelling, has this kid ever been given a fair dinkum go? Ross Lyon stated in the press only months after his arrival that it was his intention to play Kossie at CHB.................still waiting :roll...

Sav if ur referring to the op... i'm just a bit tired of Raph being made the scapegoat every time something goes wrong... if this forum is anything to go by, he's clearly the no1 target. a lot of forumites are after his head... i don't think that's fair especially considering the midfield got done a...

I'm not sure... he pbly will Personally, I'm much more upset with X, Joey, Blake, and Fiora to name a few that were much more ineffective... i expected a lot more from those players than I did from Raph And i believe their failure only made Raph's performance look worse as he was forever under the p...

Raph Clarke did not lose us this game
He was as good as ne1 in the first 1/4 then once we lost control of the midfield he like a number of other players got exposed... surely you'd point the finger at a number of senior players for not performing rather than scape goating guys like Raph and Geary for not performing... Monty, Dal, X, Bla...
