Re: Stuart Trott
Back in the 1970's, St.Kilda v hawthorn games were as rough and tough as football has been played. Stuart Trott was knocked out two or three times while playing for the Saints against the hawks, including the 1971 Grand Final. He may have left for hawthorn so they could not hammer him again. Trotty ...

Re: Priddis out!
Priddis is set to be a late withdrawal after battling the effects of concussion during the week. The Eagles copped a rare drubbing in the clearance count against Essendon last week after Priddis was hurt in the first quarter. He will be replaced by East Fremantle's Koby Stevens, who was withdrawn fr...

Let's play like it's 1992!
BURKE'S LAW – NATHAN BURKE Let's play like it's 1992! In 20 years the game has changed markedly – and not all for the better. WHEN you get 30 minutes free computer time this week, jump on to YouTube and type in AFL 1992. I did just that and chose the 1992 second elimination final between St Kilda an...

If the odds of it having happened by chance have been calculated @ 1010123. What are the odds of something, who created everything else? And if there is a god who created man. The god did a terrible job. Look how people treat each other. Look how many people over the centuries have suffered for many...

The simple answer to this debate is, stop ALL public holidays. Increase annual leave from 20 days, to 27 days. Some people will want to use their annual leave on days that are relevant to their religion. Others will use it when they want to do other things, or it can be used if they run out of sick ...

Being only a few points down with seconds before the final siren the big guns should have been in the middle for the final centre bounce. With all due respect for NDS and Clint, Bj and Lenny should have been in the midfield for the final minute. We HAD to win that centre clearance to quickly deliver...

Football replay was on Saturday night they would show the final quarter of two or three games. The others missed out. If you wanted live, you either went to the game...

The water was very rough, many were sick.
The captain of the raft decided to turn back.

I enjoyed Tex Perkins and his band on the MFS.
The interesting part was there was 4 guitarist, including Tex.
One banjo.
And the drummer had his drums there, but was playing a tambourine.
