I've said this time and again, and Attard is being used for the stopping roles that Baker once had, which frees up Bakes to play on a different opponent, or run more offensively. However, he does not have an attacking bone in his body, to take it to the next level, he MUST make his opponent accounta...

Rank our list on talent/potential

Potential is such a dirty word, but have a go at ranking our list from 1 to 44 in terms of potential, "raw talent" is another way of looking at it. I'll have a go at it at some stage, just opening it up for discussion. Here they are, in alphabetical order. Senior List + Elevated Rookies * ...

List Depth vs Sustained Success

I believe the two are mutually exclusive. On one side you retain players in the hope they come good, this is the low turnaround approach, and is what the saints have been doing in the past few years. Our depth is deep, but not very talented (imo). On the other side, with a large turnover you can aff...

Since his position has been swapped with Sam Fisher, he's playing a lot less attacking than he used to be.

I believe the switch was made to make his opponent become more accountable for Gram's actions, and negating his own impact a little. It hasn't succeeded imo.

If we lost all our games and Carlton and Bulldogs both won at least one, we'd have 4th pick in the draft.

Who is suggesting we elevate a third of the team? Good form (in perspective of it being VFL and the opponents involved) warrants a look in for selection at least, given the form of a few current AFL players. If you totally discount VFL form we will never have any new players in the side unless injur...

"soon" is not good enough. We needed it desperately against Collingwood, Sydney, and the Dogs.

I just think we're not up to what's expected due to our gameplan and lack of rotations.

The sports facilities there aren't too crash hot, there's a rather overcrowded Gym, but at least there's a decent size pool.

Would be great to drop down there between lectures and watch the guys train, although i'm finishing there this year.

Perhaps we need a kicking coach to help us kick when they're up.

Max still can't kick though. I guess that's why he's our FB!

He'll never play as "third tall" because that is a lot more of an attacking role, which he is not suited to, imo.
