I don't have a number on the back of my jersey, but I was going to get #27 on it. For mine, favorite player.

Like it's been said above, he's got limited talent, but the bloke has a heart the size of Phar Lap.

Love the Blake!!

I was of the opinion that Dal was either injured yesterday or had a very hard tag on him. He seemed to pull out of contests and do 'soft' things like throwing his head back when he was being tackled. To be honest, I was a little disappointed with his game yesterday....

Guys...if I was a club that had a big blonde FREAK running around up forward I would probably propagate a little story about the big decoy bloke who runs around up there with him to deflect a little early game heat... But that's just me. NO ONE on their nelly could play a half of footy like Koz pla...

I'm actually a little shocked at the outpouring out love for our boy, Jason Blake. I've had massive wraps on the man for many years now, and I was getting the vibe that he was a forgotten player, that no one acknowledged.

I'm stoked to see that there is mutual admiration out there!

Re: Only 33.3% of minor Premiers win the flag

I looked into the Ladder position of the Premiers for the corresponding year & it shows that only 33.3% of the ladder leaders have won the flag. Here are the details. Year 2001, Ladder leader = Essendon, Premiers = Brisbane (finished 2nd on the ladder) Year 2002, Ladder leader = Port, Premiers ...

Big outcome on the game, if the way we played in the 2nd half against the Cats and the first half (which appeared really wet on telly) against the Dogs. First half against the Dogs wasn't really wet. A bit of drizzle made the ball slippery, and we tried to play dry weather football for too long. No...

Ok, I'm going to ask a possibly dumb question - can Rhys ruck?

I have to admit, I did finally lose it, and I traded Kosi out of my dream team last week. I'd had enough. I can't get to games live, so I did have to endure the *stunning* Friday night football coverage, and from what I could see in the background at least a couple of times was Kosi leading into spa...

Re: We are rooted.

The efforts of Roo papered over a lot of cracks in our structure. Now he's gone, we have about 6 regulars out of form, and there is no pace in the side. Forget 2010..... trade Kosi to Gold Coast... rebuild with some quality youngsters. Hopefully can do patch-up job and take another shot in 2012. Th...

Have to agree about the commentators. Waffling for the sake of it more often than not. A possible solution, could be to look at the BBC sports options on their freeview digital TV service in the UK. The vision stays consistent, but you have the option on commentary, as in the home commentators (eg, ...

199cm Why isn't he in the ruck? why not throw someone like him in to give him a go, be a good exercise to see how he goes in the big league, particularly against a younger team such as Essendon. Because he cant ruck. he is rookie and a fair way off I would think. Better options than him at the mome...
