Jeld-Wen

Hi guys, I'm doing up my bathrooms at home and was just wondering if anyone knows if there is any benefit in being a St Kilda member if I was to purchase showerscreens etc through a Jeld-Wen company (Stegbar, Regency, etc). Would love to know if we get a discount for our membership given they are ou...

I'm leaving for a year overseas soon and took out an overseas membership. Came with a beach towel and soft mini footy. Both very poor quality and quite obviously made in china or taiwan or somewhere else that wouldn't cost much. Both are just plain white with the Saints crest and Member '09 on them....

I reckon his conviction to get his tatts in the the first place are an indication of his commitment to a cause, and a p...

Re: 'Go the Mighty....'

We were known as the Panthers for a couple of years in the '40s (finished last both years). Plenty of red white and black panthers in this part of the world. Found in the same locations you find blue and yellow Eagles; red, yellow and blue Crows; maroon, blue and gold Lions, blue and white Cats... ...

Love your work moorabbin saint! Almost exactly what i was after! Except the small stripes on the 1st one - I was thinking more along the lines of the thin vertical stripes like on our media polo and training singlet etc.

Good job though!

That was the jumper with the big black cross on the front that i think we wore in the 97 GF. Might look a little strange with black shorts

Back of our jumper

One thing that bugs me about the famous St Kilda jumper is that it looks awesome from the front, but boring from the back. There is no red on the back and the only white is in the number. This has made it hard, in years prior to the clash guernseys, to distinguish some other teams from the mighty Sa...

If I remember rightly, there was a stat a few years ago that rated Spida as the least successful player of his era. Started at St Kilda when we were sh1t, left to go to Hawthorn when they were sh1t and then ended up at Sydney after they peaked! What a loser! Glad we won't have to see him and his che...
