I think it is a more a matter of how obvious you make it. Mind you Judd and Cousins flat out stating their preferences I suppose is fairly obvious! Maybe the higher your profile and the more important the player, the more you get away with.

NDS does not need to be traded, he just needs a clip around the ears or a swift kick to the 'you-know-where' to get him back on track. You don't trade a player the quality of NDS without something substantial in return. NDS has got the sh*ts over something and until he gets over it or it is addresse...
