Bad call because I'm too much of a soft c**k to say otherwise. Lynch to the backline? bad call. too risky of a call. not a ross lyon call. he was recruited as a forward and we will hardly start experimenting with second game forwards in our back half. You need to throw up a new call. adam schneider...

Reminds me a little bit of Brett Voss. A player who was highly valued under the previous coaching staff but did not quite fit in to the current one. A shame really, because he was a quality player. Some players warm to different coaches, but it would definitely be a remarkable 'back from the brink' ...

I dont know how Simpkin and Alistair Smith compare speedwise, but Tom Simpkin would probably take a taller opponent than Smith. I was under the impression that Simpkin was a more Gilbert-like player, yet also quite good one on one. Obviously Gilbert is better at something, or everything, as he is a...

Luke Miles
With Raph now out for the season, we will probably be looking for some sort of like for like replacement. I've hardly seen Miles play, but from all accounts he is a reliable defender with speed to attack with. He hardly gets a mention here, so would someone with more knowledge on Luke care to predic...

There are people in their 40s who have never seen St Kilda win a premiership That should have them choking back the tears. No one 'deserves' shyte. People are acting like we just got flogged in a qualifying final... it was round freaking 18. We will finish top 4. We will be ready. HTFU. Computer kn...

Sandringham Zebras: Rhys Stanley nails a looooooooooooong goal against the wind, the margin is now 26 points and the Zebras look like pulling off a win that keeps their very slim finals chances alive! Sandringham Zebras: Al Smith kicks another one... Sandy are all over the Bullants... 32 point marg...

To be fair, his role is not a simple one, and definitely not something that any kid would learn in junior footy. In that sense, Mini is coming in and having to forego many of his natural instincts in order to play his role. Perhaps giving him a more traditional role, like a small defender, or a rota...

McQualter
Can McQualter make this his 'line in the sand match'. Can he come back firing like Dal Santo, Milne, and recently Sewell did before him. It's one thing for fringe players to be dropped - it happens every week - but usually when a top 22 player for two years of the best performing side in the comp in...

Great move in my opinion. Definitely a 'nothing to lose' approach with Mini given his form. There's no doubting Lynch's natural talent (apparently very clean disposal), and it is sometimes the case that the upgrade to the big stage, in a far better team brings out a much improved player. Let us hope.
