Yes, all the memberships etc for the club are outsourced to a mailing house. Believe it or not, it is actually a fairly difficult, time consuming and fiddley job to do. It also depends on how something is mailed out as to how long to takes to get to you. Actually...forget about it....carry on bitchi...
