You should also double check that the game isn't on the one channel. I have found that the game is usually on there if it's not on Main Event.

I think we should consider putting Kossie in the ruck and McEvoy at FF. Kossie isn't a bad tap ruckman, whereas McEvoy is a good kick and strong grab. Kossie could do better in the ruck, whilst McEvoy could do better at FF. This could possibly fix the Kossie situation at the moment.

My big fear with Zac is his lack of bulk this year. Compare his size to Scarlett and Lake.

With Fisher injured, and Zac's recent form, do you feel Gaertner could play FB? He certainly has the size and athleticism. I have to say I was very impressed with him this NAB cup.

Maybe Sam Fisher will have to become the permanent FB. We can't continue with Zac at FB. It's soul destroying for the kid. Maybe give him time off to bulk up and try him again later in the season.

What about moving Kossie to full back? Hall would have had trouble trying to out-muscle him. I would have at least tested it out. I mean kossie was doing nothing at FF.

I don't think he deserves to become the whipping boy, but it is definitely apparent that he looks terribly undersized. He was 10kg lighter than Bazza. Compare Zac to the size of Lake.

I have to say that I feel Zac Dawson could be a major problem for us this year. I feel sorry for him, though, as it appears his illness during the pre-season has shed alot of bulk. It looks like we have a 1st year player at full back. Who can we replace him with?

I'd say legally that St. Kilda would be in serious trouble if Lovett was kept out of the loop after a scenario where no charges are laid. He has a contract, remember.

Lovett will play if cleared. It would be completely unfair and stupid to not let him play. If he is cleared, I will be contacting the club saying that I expect him to be given every chance to show us his mettle on the field.

I have a feeling that the indefinite suspension has more to do with the sponsours than players or coaches feelings. Furthermore, it allows the other players to train without distraction. I wouldn't recommend playing and choosing players based on if they are liked by their fellow teammates. Imagine if Rooey was hated. I highly doubt Rossy Lyon would dump him.
