Re: Pick your 22 for Round 1 vs Melbourne

Thanks mate, would of thought sippos and Stanley would play in the ones. Really hope markworth can be a regular , his the forgotten man atm. Also this newnes is fairly overrated right now. His disposal is just so rushed and turned so many over going inside 50. Has a go thou And can find The ball pre...

Thought Webster looked really good. Much stronger and confident. Hickey seems to hold his ground better and think he will have a better season too. Like lingers attack on the ball and player. Loves the hard stuff and tackling.

Re: Coach on Twitter at lunchtime...

I think we have got some good players down in the back line, really need one of Delaney or Bruce to stand tall so we can free up fisher , dempster and co to play there normal game. I notice to he made a note of Saunders having a good preseason, maybe he will jump out of the box this year and he name...

I really hope simpkin can grab his opportunity, love his courage and hardness at the ball and player. Hopefully he won't have to take the really tall forwards now with our new recruits

Re: Shenton

I can't see him making it at this stage. With a look of players who are similar to cam already in the team. Maybe has more of a chance if he moves back forward and is able to hit the score board, now that milney and saad are gone. Really think we should of drafted another tall on the rookie list. Be...

Re: Rookie Draft 28/11/13 - Official discussion thread

Yeah I hope we pick weller up, seems very keen and fit deserve another chance and I think his good enough to get on the main list. Our other pick I hope we go for a tall. One from the state leagues that have a matured body, maybe sully if he is still around. Not sure who else would fit. Just think w...

Markworth is certainly a bonus player this year, a lot of the big footy phantom drafts had him going either that the pick we got him. 190 cm mid/fwd is gonna be exciting to see how he goes. I'm sure he would of been played a lot last year if fit
