Showed a bit of promise but will definitely need to improve his kicking significantly. Kicks lots of odd spinning balls and panics a bit under pressure. I would keep him for at least another year though to see if he can improve those aspects of his game.

Yes Shenton has an X Factor in the way that he plays. It's what we need a lot more of. potential for a bit of a cult following down at st.kilda. He will be there next year - not a shadow of a doubt.
