Re: margin comp versus bombers

Bergholt - I know you meant 71 not 17, do be more careful proofreading your posts in future.
Well done on your prediction, by the way ;)

Well, Jack Steven won't be playing now :(
Hope Kosi doesn't go at the tribunal. Maybe Newnes can come in for Jack.

Re: 2nd biggest win ever over Bombers

The game in 97 at the G was another classic. Stan put big Coggo on Hirdy and he bleated for the whole game that he was being scragged, punched, elbowed, whacked upside the head and driven into the ground at every opportunity. We won. How did we win? Easy. hehhehehhehhehehheheh Also remember another ...

Re: where the bloody hell are you saints?

Watters seems to get us up for the clubs I hate the most - and I am tipping that the team he wants to beat the most is the Filth. Really looking forward to that one now.

Re: Who was the sniper who felled Lenny?

Evidently Port are copping a lot of heat for their gutless effort against the Cows - me sense a statement in the form of a 'line in the sand' match coming up for them.
Couldn't happen to a nicer team. mwahahhahhahha

The great thing about Arryn is that he gives us what we have lacked for years - a legitimate goal kicking running player, and combined with his height makes him a very dangerous customer. Gun!

Re: Essendon fan on the ground in last Q

What did he have in his hand? I saw security or a couple of the etihad maulers drag him down, but as they were hauling him off it looked like he was carrying something.

Re: where the bloody hell are you saints?

No way, wherever I went - I moved around the ground level, I like to stand - there were way more St Kilda supporters in attendance, and that includes behind the goals where the Essendon cheer squad were stationed. I don't know where you were, but I found just the opposite and the crowd noise certain...

How do you know that when you asked who it was. Who cares. I want Brisbane players suspended.
The Brisbane player who felled Lenny was Brad Scott. A bit late, but I still reckon he should be suspended for it.

Re: Some pretty clear delistings after mid-year

Actually, funily enough, at first I thought BM was attacking me when the whole IMO thing reared it's head. I guess maybe the quote option is a good idea if you are responding to a poster from several entries back. Reckon Clarke is gone (no remarkable insight there), Blakey will retire, Gram will be ...

Why do people think Watters is suddenly going to make up to 5 changes when we havent looked like it all year especially as Sandy have been ordinary lately so that suggests Saints players are struggling. People see a loss and think guys thay probably never see are going to be better even though some...

Oh, for pete's sake, the Frankston line was running on a bus replacement service. Everyone I know drove in, including me and my family. But, if people have issues getting a lift to the match or don't own a car, etc, there was no way for St Kilda people living on Frankston line to get in. TBH I thoug...

Re: Well done Roos !

Didnt see this thread but this is really good stuff from saints supporters. Imagine if some of these so called supporters followed us in the 80's. Really people today are soft as butter. I did follow us in the 80's and reckon this match was very reminiscent of that era. During Tony Jewell's reign w...
