Re: Zac Dawson AFL experiences and mental health + Richmond win!
Great podcast episode but it would have been good from the hosts to address the elephant in the room re him playing ahead of Max out of the 09 GF as this was the main reason why Dawson was maligned by Sainters IMO.

Re: Mid Season Draft
Having watched a few Sandy games this year, I wouldn't mind us going for Goy Lok (providing none of the mobile ruck/forwards we've been reading about are unavailable). He's explosive, a leader, and a goal kicking mid. He would be hungrier than a lot of the 'fat cats' on our list atm imo

Re: Interesting comparison
For those who are having a crack at Allison perhaps have a listen to what he says first before making judgement re him dissing his teammates and what-not. It was an interesting listen and he offered some raw transparency/insight to our program (not something that we as St Kilda supporters are really...

He's doing more than Butler so I'd be dropping Butler first.CURLY wrote: ↑Mon 26 Apr 2021 11:57amByrnes OR Bytel need to replace Lonie ASAP.Impatient Sainter wrote: ↑Mon 26 Apr 2021 11:53am Bytel & Byrnes are the only players worthy of selection, the cupboard is bare.

Re: The malignancy had 10 disposals!
He who should be excised had a paltry 10 disposals. Apart from the lucky goal the ones I can recall either went out of bounds or to a Port player. I can’t even be bothered calculating what we’re paying him in terms of $/disposal. I’m sure the result would be obscene though. I lead a very highly eng...

Who cares? Sounds like he won't be available to us anyways - unless things get really bad... We, along with every other club, had a chance to draft him last year but didn't. Let's hope Allison comes good!

Recruiting Hannaz is arguably the only mistake Lethlean appears to have made since coming to Moorabbin. Hannaz will go down as our worst trade since Lovett.

Re: Much much better
I don't think the coach has been the issue. IMO, Peta has been brilliant. Now, no need to exaggerate, is there.    I'm not exaggerating. With a foundation team, one of Peta's most important jobs is to help establish a positive culture and an environment where players want t...

Re: Much much better
I don't think the coach has been the issue. IMO, Peta has been brilliant. We have lacked leg speed up forward so losing Xenos for the year, McCarthy hasn't been able to get it together physically this year as with Exon and Molly McDonald plus not having Liv Vesely all season has been really difficul...

Surprised that there isn't any threads on this but did anyone happen to watch the stream last night? I was out so couldn't get amongst it. Would appreciate any highlights to come from it.

Training schedule
Does anyone know when the main training sessions for the men and women's teams are? I'd be interested in going down to have a look and would be happy to report back here ![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)

Re: Mason Wood
given Robbo's situation (A situation that I'm sure didn't come as a surprise to the club), could this be where the interest in Wood has stemmed from? Maybe there is plans for Wood to be deployed down back, or allow Battle to move back and Wood provides coverage up forward in that respect? If Wood ca...

Re: If we had a pre-game song
I believe that there is an opportunity to further immortalize Spud by someone close to him selecting a few of his favorite songs, put it to the members vote (or no vote necessary if there is a standout tune that's appropriate) and go with that for our pre-game song. Port's came on the back of the Jo...

Pick 21
Does anyone have any idea on some players that we might be looking at for our first rounder? Obviously a hard draft to get a read on but if anyone had some insight on who could be near the mark then that would be great.

Re: Crouch
Adelaide would have been a pretty miserable environment for the last 2 years. Get him to the buoyant Moorabin under Ratten and see what Brad Crouch can do. He is an All Australian, extraction unit....we should be rapt. This is spot on. He will make us a better team no doubt! Stoked that we got him ...

Re: Battle DID NOT BREAK HIS FOOT on Friday night ...
Conflicting reports from the Battle camp... I wouldn’t be surprised if this was a cover-up by the club as their plan to bring in a clearly underdone player backfired.

2 metre Peter anyone?
Contracted until the end of 2022 but wasn't able to get a game this year at Suns. It's been widely reported that we're keen to get in some support for King and I think Wright would be the cheaper than any of the other forwards on the market given the Sun's deep list that will require deeper pockets ...

Re: Changes for the Elimination Final
We've fallen into finals!?!?!!? We have only been beaten properly TWICE this year. Every other game we have been in it up to our eyeballs and our percentage (and win/loss) reflects that... This year has been fantastic for our fast-tracked development and I for one cannot wait to see what we get up t...
