I like to see subs coming on and making some impact, especially when you’re playing for a spot in the team. Clarke was going through the motions, several clangers and had no impact.

Silvani seems to be on the outer at Carlton. He’s in and out of the team and blues supporters always bagging him when they lose. A fresh start seems a possibility. I actually rate Jack so should we recruit him if he was seeking a new start elsewhere?

Umpires and anyone thinking of umpiring just need to harden up. Problem solved. The rules are difficult to interpret given the speed of the game so yes they will continue to make some poor decisions and this won’t ever change.
