Re: This post on St K's drafting/list is so goddamn on the money ...
We have 3 or 4 C grade ruckmen, already , so why are we looking at Lycett, another C grader (if the rumour is true)? I actually that as yet another indictment on Richardson and his philosophies. Pierce has by a mile, outperformed both Longer and Hickey in the couple of games he played. The club wou...

Re: trade/ delist predictions
If Tony74 say's yep there may be some truth to the story but will wait for the club to come clean or else it's just speculation. If it is actually true Richo is gone or the club is

Re: Seb Ross
Alistair Clarkson, after the recent game against the hawks, said Seb Ross is a very, very smart footballer. Get him people to distribute the ball to and some structure and he will become really damaging. One of our best players. Yes no doubt he is one of our best players but were not overly flushed...

seems at this stage: 1. Carlton -Walsh 2. - GC- Lukosius 3. - GC - Ben King ( Lynch) 4 - Stk- Rankine Have guessed GC picks to provide insurance if May leaves next year. If they think he will stay i regretably think they pick Rankine and we miss out on X factor player again and draft next best mid ...

Re: Seb Ross
To quote Jack Dyer Seb is a good ordinary footballer .He had a good season last year & this year he has been ok but is never going to be a gun IMO. Not overly quick ,not a great ball user & not a great decision maker. He knows how to find the footy, good runner & is pretty courageous but ...

Re: Online Petition for Richardson's Resignation
As much as I think Richo doesn't the ability to coach at AFL level & should be relieved of services as coach of the St.Kilda Football Club I really don't think that a petition from supporters is going to carry much weight on Richo's couching future.

Re: Good Old C*llingw**d for Never
Has there ever been a former Filth player to come to our club and been admirable at any capacity, whether as a player, coach or otherwise? We just seem to get dudded by that club every time one of theirs comes our way. Alan Richardson - dud Tony Francis - dud Damien Monkhurst - dud Mark McGough - d...

Not even any point making topics on any of these players potentially coming to us. No one is coming to us, we are a farce at best right now . They'll all go to the big clubs, Eddie was right , and we'll be first Unfortunately I think your right :( He would be a handy pick up but he wouldn't want to...

Ok you don't agree either well maybe I am insane  If you read my post again, I actually agree with you. No doubt Steven is well ahead of Beams. I'm from Perth & saw a few games he played in before he was recruited by Bulldogs & I actually thought he would be a perfect fit for us but at the time . I was only a reader not a poster & the negativity about us picking him up as a 1st rounder was really surprising . Not sure what pick...

AT LAST - Yippee! I will never understand your strong dislike of Jack Steven and how it has persevered this long... At least be like the rational supporters and hate the players that clearly can’t play like Weller, Longer, Newnes, Hickey... the list is endless really. But Steven? Pbly our best play...

Love Roughy & we need leadership but IMO don't think he can give us what we need as player but as a assistant can't hurt to have a chat.

Re: Mental Weakness
Like many Saints supporters, I believe 2018 is the most disappointing season I’ve experienced. Maybe not the worst in terms of performance, but when you consider our trajectory and expectation, it was an absolute disaster. I’m not sold on the coach, but I don’t buy into the “our list is no good” th...

No way , Beams is a good player Jack is as good if not better IMO .If this trade actually happens I would be extremely disappointed . He is the only bloke on our list that has a red hot crack every week .I know his disposal can sometimes let him down but should not even be considered for a trade IMO

Re: So indirect
We dont have the foot skills or the running power to open up the corridor well enough & when we try we turn the ball over & we get so badly burnt the other way , so you can see why we go indirect because its a lot safer & a lot easier to limit the damage.
