I might be wrong (good chance) but my understanding was that they couldn't go to Cairns because the had BEEN in Melbourne whereas the other players had remained in Sydney after the Sydney game. I think Annastacia took the choice off them entirely.

I think he'd benefit from a week off and then play in the 2's until he can prove he's willing to make a 2nd and 3rd effort and chase at full pace. Life would have been so easy for him (and Ben) in the under 16's and I think he's carried that mindset through.

I reckon he needs a couple of weeks off footy entirely. Come up to the Goldie and pretend to be Ben. Get the same haircuts, wear a Suns shirt and get some praise in the community. Needs to just enjoy life again.
