I have been Eddy's biggest knocker in the past but thought last week was

his best game for the club. I think mini should be first out after another

shocker last week against Port. He has done very little this year.

Ray is a loss. I would have preferred Steven to Eddy.

Actually Matthews gave Roo the nod over Brown when comparing the two. Said he was more consistent .

One of the most one-sided umpiring displays I have seen. Ranks with the famous umpiring display when we played Freo in the West a few years ago.

I thought from his first game he was always going to be a top player.

He has certainly shown his knockers here how wrong they have been.

Much more than a tagger or stopper. Invariably keeps a top player to few

possessions and yet gathers many stats himself.

Totally agree but why did he only have 46% game time when he was playing so well?

Eddy very lucky to get two finals. Hasn't done enough to be in the 25.
Dempster a good replacement but Geary, Gwilt and Armo all stiff to miss.

This will be my fifth I will watch live at the ground, the others being 1965, 1966, 1971 and 1997.

Gwilt....gives us a 3rd tall option but really any of the list acceptable except Eddy who has been very fortunate to have had two finals . Just not up to it.

Dal Santo seems to be our player most favoured by the umpires in previous years so he maybe our best chance in arguably his best season for us.

Well Max or any of the list would be an improvement for Eddy who has done nothing in two seasons to warrant selection including five very poor finals performances. I have been saying for several weeks now that Eddy is not up to it.
How many chances can he have? Even the players have lost faith in him.
He has played five shockers in a row in the finals this year and last.

I wouldn't mind any of Gwilt, Dempster or Geary to come in depending on match ups.

Eddy easily worst.....hardly sited. Surely can't be selected next week, worst player now in 5 succesive finals this year and last.

Milne and Schneider disappointing.

Eddy very lucky to hold his place but he is Ross Lyon's love child.

I would definitely prefer Geary or Gwilt for Eddy but knowing Lyon's love for Eddy unlikely to happen.

I like Dawson but believe Max is our best match-up for Johnson but also not likely.

Sheehan has underrated StKilda and its players for years. His selections and predictions this year are no exception.

He had a poor game by his standards but still did quite a bit more than Eddy.

Eddy should go for Geary, Armo or Dempster depending on match ups.
