Re: Andrew Ainger as full forward

Andrew Ainger as full forward I was really shocked that he didn't get drafted last year, 17-18 year old, 6ft 4 inches, looks like a gun. Has move to Canberra as a football club up there is paying for his uni degree. 4-5 goals a game, West Coast and the Swans are about to pounce on him, i would sugg...

Carlton have de-listed David Teague... just a couple of seasons ago was showing a fair bit of promise as a hard-at-it, courageous half-back flanker who was more than capable of performing shut-down roles. Not quite sure as to why he hasn't come on as I (For one) was expecting, particularly at Carlto...

Reckon Teague is worth a shot, either with our last National Draft pick, or our PSD pick. Extremely courageous player! As mentioned before, if he gets his head right could be an extremely useful player.

Very good pick up stinger....Good read... However, what's with Sheahan stating that when talking about the best modern-day greats, it is folly to stop at Hird, Voss and Buckley... we all knew this! The statement for mine implies that he believes Robert Harvey is underrated and should not be mentione...

Hate this time of year on the forums. For god's sake. Kingsley, Johns, Pettifer, Egan, Bateman, Hille, Laycock, etc. Why do we need to top up on marginals who will provide no additional benefit, IMO. Better to build the list via potentials through the National Draft not discards. Well we have lost ...

Rebel Group? Like against the South African apartheid? Rebels? That's bulls*** spin if ever I've heard it. Let's brand them rebels so people think we are the establishment. Crock of crap. The more I hear from 'the Club', the more they assure me that my stance against their keystone cops routine is ...

Kingsley has definitely retired. Wouldn't be much use to us anyway... I'd be more inclined to go for Courtney Johns from Essendon - another blonde bombshell! Has the height, speed, aerial ability and penetration in his kicking to be an effective key forward!

I like that in the statement on the official site they are listed as a "rebel" group...isn't that just a tad harsh? Maybe an "opposing" group or simply referring to them as the "football First ticket" would be more appropriate... Anyway that just struck me as odd.. Look...

WISH LIST Ruck - Jason Laycock, Darren Jolly, Brad Moran Midfield - Chance Bateman, Chris Egan Forwards - Aaron Edwards, Kayne Pettifer Defense - Chase kids to replace Hudghton Not all of these would be easily affordable and probably some clubs wouldn't budge on any of them. I just think they would...

Bakes, Lenny & Schwarta were all drafted in the same draft ... which begs the question, what was BB doing with them? shouldn't he be hanging out with the boys that are from his "era" - Fergs, Grammy, X, Dal etc?

I actually think a white sauce could be more beneficial - particularly if lured by a package consisting of Raymond, Brooks & Pick 112

I honestly think that with Lyon,s involvment in football eg-Blues & Swans he will definately trade to get some more mature straight in sorts rather than put all his eggs in the kids basket. do you think that's a good thing? If used sensibly it can be a good thing...I don't understand the whole ...

Would Adelaide accept a first-round pick for Van Berlo? Starting to flourish as an AFL footballer and might not be happy with another 1-2 seasons as second-tier to Thompson, Goodwin and McLeod.... How awesome was that chase-down of his yesterday?!

Second that. Awesome to watch when in full flight - not for his skills or aerial prowess; but for his courage, bravery and tenacity at the contest as well as his in-your-face attitude. Yes no hacks agree but which players are you suggesting are hacks. We badly need a midsize leading , marking fwd. I think we should look Kayne Pettifer. 2007 stats: 22 Games for 357 Disposals = 16.22 ave 37 Goals from 22 Games = 1.68 Goals per game. Milne Stats: 22 Games for 270 Disposals = 12.27 a...

Some people saying he's not a super star, do they have rocks in there head? 7 goals, a couple from outside 50, steps up when the pressure is on, a matchwinner. He is a dead set gun, Id love to have someone like him in the team, who can win a match of there own boot. Kicked 2 - 11 last week, so not ...
