does anybody know if and where game stats for the NAB cup games can be found

I would be very interested to see how much of the ball some of our rookies and newbies got

if we win or get within say a couple of goals, it will mean that our depth is the best its been in my memory and we will be genuine contenders this year

Cats are the benchmark and they will be wary of us ie we are probably one of the few teams that they will feel can threaten them for the flag in 08

so lets not take undue risks .. be take the game serioulsy to see where we are at.

Mark, I agree 100%. We had this discussion a couple of months back and I posted the exact same suggestion. As far as I'm concerned the tri-colour front is our "brand". You show the front of our jumper to anyone in Australia who follows AFL and its instantly recognised.

No doubt the quality of the midfield since 04 & 05 seasons has gone down. Montagna the only one that has markedly improved since then. We need a few others to step up to join Ball, Hayes, Dal Santo & Montagna as 'A' grade midfielders (note - I am assuming that Ball has overcome his injuries)...

R Harvey still pretty handy - but at his peak was the best in the league
