You have to be happy with the job he has done to date.

We know we are on the way ......just need some tweaking in the forward area / goal kicking dept as it was obvious toward the end of the year there was too much reliance on Big Nick.

This year was absolutely fantastic.........we were there till the very end. So , the key to 2010 is "risk slipping out of form at the wrong end of season." Player management and LUCK with injuries. Also IMO alternatives to kick it to Roo. Our forward lines against good teams is our achilles.

I would hate to see the three blamed in any way .

It is a puzzle as to why we couldnt have got a better return.

They must relive the gf in their own minds , and thats enough pressure .

Reliance on Roo is a must to fix.

The question is I believe ....given a coach inherits a list , then over time develops a game style .... some existing players will be suitable and some not. What is a coach to do ? alter his game plan to 'accomodate' the list ? or try to convert players to the style required by the game plan / style...
