I love watching the saints, week in week out, wet & dry, Moorabbin, Waverley, Dome, losses, big losses, more losses, wins... But I hate watching this rubbish Lyon is instructing them to play now. It doesn't play to our strengths & if Lyon is half a coach he will recognise that & make so...

We had a perfectly good, attacking coach last year.

Re: Ross Lyon...

i don't know where we go from here. Hopefully someone is the phone to GT offering him his job back :D Lyon must realize we aren't Sydney. And we will never win playing that gameplan. We are an attacking team, we were doing it under GT before the Bulldogs and Geelong, and we have the same list, so t...

Ross Lyon...

...must have been licking his lips at the prospect of a boring, slow game against Sydney. We could have sealed the game by running through the corridor and kicking long, but no, we play along with the kicking backwards and the possession footy. That is the worst game of footy I've seen this year. Ev...

I was shattered when I saw that.

The only player on the ground who took it upon himself to have a run and then have a crack at goal.

Gilbert is a star. Everyone should have looked to him at 3/4 time break... 3 votes.

To be honest, I don't know yet. GT certainly took the St Kilda football club a long way, from wooden spoons 5 or so years ago, to consecutive Preliminary finals. But having said that, we are not the superpower we were for the first 14 weeks of 2004. I think maybe other coaches began to work GT's tac...

BJ had 15 marks tonight. His best ever effort.
Who was the last Saint to take 15 or more marks in a game and when?
I'll guess Riewoldt, in 2004 (arguably at his prime)

This international cricketer (born September 14, 1911, died July 20, 2000) played 2 Test matches in 1936.

He shares his first and last name with a player currently on St Kilda's list.

1. What is the players name?
2. Which country did he play cricket for?

Close, but no. This player has never played Test cricket, and most likely never will, for reasons outside of his control.

Who is currently recognized as the worlds best batsman (possibly worlds best player) in cricket, never to have played a Test match.

Hint: The country this player comes from features all of the St Kilda colours somewhere on their flag.
