Dear Archie and Rod, In the future can we please employ legal representation with a proven track record of success at the AFL tribunal. This isn't the first time we have shot ourselves in the foot due to inappropriate instruction. I'm surmising that whilst the people we have employed have been brill...

You'll think you're at Subiaco....
tonight because the umpiring will be as if it was an Eagles home game. Allen, McInerney and McBurney. Anyone want to venture a guess as to the free kick count and number of goals the Eagles will be gifted from dodgy frees in their forward 50? {edited to fix error} It's McBurney not McLaren.

If we get an injunction, does it prevent the AFL from imposing the current ban or does it prevent the AFL from imposing any ban until the case is decided? If it's the first option, you can guarantee the AFL will dedicate a camera to Baker's every move on the field; looking for absolutely anything to...

Looks like St. Kilda will have to carry the can again in taking legal action to rectify a broken system in the AFL/VFL. Remember folks, we were heavily involved in the court action that dismantled the VFL's clearance rules (which were a clear restraint of trade) back in 1983. We won't win any friend...

From Baker has four points with appeal
"At the prompting of tribunal chairman John Hassett, a retired Victorian County Court judge, jury spokesman Wayne Henwood said the panel accepted Baker's evidence over Fremantle's."

Wearing a St kilda jumper immediately sets 200 activation points at the tribunal. Ex-Saints and tribunal members Burke and Loewe should be deeply ashamed of themselves. they have a system to work with and cannot step around it regardless of who played for whom and when and you cant see why baker wa...

The tribunal discarded Farmer's evidence as untrustworthy. They accepted Baker's version of events. Therefore, it does not discard the possibility that Farmer saw Baker move into his line and tried to flatten him but stuffed it up. It also doesn't preclude Farmer having dazed himself in the collisio...

Wait, so because a bunch of other Saints supporters say something that contradicts what I said, that automatically makes ME the liar? Unless they put out a special edition version of the commentary in WA, when Voss first brings it to the attention of the audience that Farmer is down he clearly stat...

Actually, Voss initially said he did see it, then when his co-commentator mentioned that he may be called as a tribunal witness he did his best to backtrack. And I have that on video. Yes, Voss is a goose, but that doesn't change what he saw or what he said. Go back to the tape and then get your he...

The whole In Play / Behind Play category was scrapped for this season. The grounds we should use are that no reasonable body could find anyone guilty on the evidence presented. Blocking a player's run has never been rough conduct. And it should never be rough conduct. The decision in this case reve...

THERE WAS NO VIDEO EVIDENCE!! The AFL have admitted there is none. The prosecutorial evidence was:- Jeff Farmer - didn't see anyone and didn't know who made contact with him Freo Trainer - didn't see the impact and was shown to have no real clue about what was going on. Medical evidence - Farmer had...
