Surely Jay Clark's assumptions are embellished regarding what the coaching staff believe. I would have thought they already would have decided what each player needs to work on, bar none.

The board has improved, much less b*tching and easier to navigate since you became moderator. Your openness, current methods and interest in ongoing improvements tells me we are in good hands. I would say good riddance to a few that have bolted to BF and hope many of the others will drift back.

I think we are drafting at the fastest speed possible with care to detail and due diligence. If it ain't broke don't fix it - I am happy to let the club quietly get on with the job.
