SaintSimmo wrote:shocking coaching by rl, WE CAN NOT PLAY LIKE ESSENDON!!! WE HAVE TO PLAY DEFENSIVE!!
Defensive !!!!!! that style of play has been shown up this year. We are too defensive and never take the first option. Look at Geelong, their style of play has proven the best.

Almost game over now.

Again too many passengers, no forwards, slow midfield not a Top 8 team anymore.

why not have a look at zac, at least kosi busts his ass and brings the ball to ground, zac is like playing one man down, a rabbit in the headlights... he is useless. to think we went into a wet grand final with him ahead of max is beyond me.. He has reverted back to the player he was at Hawthorn. K...

RL DOOOOOOOOOOOOOO SOMETHING! What do you want him to do ??? He has a game plan but tonight the team could not deliver due to skill errors and apathy (L Hayes your excused). There is a common thread here, teams that play fast attacking football combined with genuine foot speed can really trouble us...

Face up to the fact we are having our asses handed to us. There is no comeback tonight they have a comfortable margin. Also we will have to find someone who is going to kick our goals for us (accurately too i might add).

This does not look good.

You would not think that we are the hardest team to score against.

Lot of passengers at the moment but the main issue is that we have not yet learnt to cope with the loss of Reiwoldt.

This is getting depressing, I can cope with losing to almost anyone but this scum

One damning Stat is the inside 50: Saints: 59 NthMelb: 38 Not many teams loose when they enter 50 more than their opposition, not good teams anyway. We could not convert effectively (only 4 goal kickers as well) and our inside 50 tackles (pressure) was below par. Also we were beaten in contested bal...

Hey all you neverous Nellies. Perhaps this is all part of Pre Finals Training? A build up in training leading to poor on field results. Training should taper off this week or next, and the players will no doubt have a lot more energy to win the contested ball than they do now. Fear not, it's all pa...

Rooey will not play this bad again trust me. Kosi is was very soft and both the Clarkes were embarrassing.

But there was one standout GWILT he was like a witches hat. It was a joke that he kept his place.

Delusional comments, I just got home from the G and I am embarrassed. The Saints never tried they were disgraceful a team full of passengers, with horrific disposal.

But it was good to make the Top 4

Your really deluded if you can blame the umpires !!!!

We were rubbish today, reverted back to early season form stop start football no run no midfield pressure.

The selection of Gardiner was terrible he was absolutely useless. Shows how important Kosi actually is

A chance like Fiona, whose has had a truckload of chances to deliver but rarely does.

Play some of the young guys and persist.
