One of the main benefits of Sinclair back to rookie is he will play more minutes on the ball. In today's game against the VFL Bulldogs he was key player in the middle in last qtr. if he stayed in afl side may have only spent time as small forward and also sub.

I was a big Colling fan. He spent a lot of time working at the club after he finished playing. I'm surprised at the lack of love.
