I get gout as well. The doc says I don't know the meaning of the word pain until I get stones. Surely that can't be true.

The only way I could stomach a Geelong flag was if Chapman did a hammy during the week and missed the game.

Some fair players in the reserves team (maybe some were injured and not available) including Vic Rep Glen Elliot, Cat Colling, Sidey, Super D...

I overheard a couple of blokes refer to it in a pub before a game in Geelong. Must have been Circa 2004. I think the pub is now owned by Billy Brownless.

The great John Peter Budge played for Beverley Hills As did Rod Owen and Paul Roos. I always thought he was introduced to StKilda by Dave Andrews, the MSJFL President who was his coach. Tha would be then very surprising if he played for Beverly Hills and not one of the local bayside clubs? Strangel...

We heard the rumour on the Radio and then when we saw him clap the cheer squad and shake hands with the players we knew.

I was in denial for the course of the game hoping it wasn't true. The scenes at the end obviously confirmed it.

I am still depressed about it.
