Lee at FF
Rhys at CHF
and Sadd, Siposs, Schneider, Milera, Dunell, Milne, Dal Santo & Wilkes floating around them
then Big Mac & Hickey swapping in the forward pocket

Re: What potential young talent can we draft now?
Despite wanting to secure Hickey, I'm a little disappointed that we gave up our first round pick for a player that hasn't proven himself yet

What potential young talent can we draft now?
With pick 13 gone, will we be able to draft anyone with the potential to be an A grader?
I was really hope to pick up Jake Stringer a quality forward/midfielder who you could really build a team around.
Who are we realistic of picking up now?

Re: Great rule change for Roo
This is a load of crap!!!
Haven't the people who say these things and write these articles ever played footy. A backman is blocked countless times a game. Coaches devise strategies to block certain defenders to isolate forwards. And last time I checked this was the AFL and not Netball.

Joel Tippett
Now that it looks like Brown is out of our reach, I think we should be targeting the state leagues. It seams as if Joel could be the standout could. Could he be a benifit to the Saints and would we be able to get him cheaply?

Should we try and trade Kosi?
He is a big unit that could be beneficial to some of the developing clubs. I'd be happy with a second or third round pick or even just some up graded picks. Coaches should hate the hook & see if there's any bites.

Re: How Many Players are gone !
Well it seems really quite simple Raph Crocker Blake Peake Polo can all wave good bye So can at least 3 or our rookies Shenton (r) Archer (r) Andreoli (r) And then we have at least 5 players who we should be trying to trade Koschitzke Jones Gram Schneider Winmar This would give us at least 5 picks i...

Re: Trade target Ideas
If we're serious about finding a ruckman we should look at Jarrod Witts from the pies. He is a big unit 209cm and 113kg, has plenty of talent and could possibily be a ruck options for the next 10 years. Allowing Stanley to play mainly as a forward.

Re: monster backmen
Now I know Im getting off topic but I think the club should look at Callum Sinclair (Subiaco) A mobile 201cm key forward who can pinch-hit in the ruck, Sinclair moved to Subiaco from VFL club Port Melbourne this season and made an immediate impact, averaging seven marks and three goals in his first ...

Re: Ruckman
If I was recruiting a ruckman I would be focusing either Jonathon Ceglar or Witts, Jarrod. From what I hear both have the potential to be very good players and they seem to have reasonably young ruckman in front of them. Keep loking towards the future

Re: Changes for Hawks game
You'd think Blake would be out due to the injury to his knee (plus his poor performance) I'd also give Cripps a rest in the VFL to continue his devlopment (make him realise that he needs to work harder in the AFL) and Bring in Kosi and ledger. Siposs will be a good player in time, but for those that...

Re: What constitutes a Veteran
I'm aware that we're only allowed to have 2 veterans on the list at one time.
How many do we have at the moment?
and if we have only got 1 doesnt that mean that in 2013 we can move Riewoldt onto the veterans list? Therefore creating space in our salary cap to possibily target a free agent.

I think this team combines youth and experience, gives us plenty of run and should beat Port on the weekend! Don't be so negative whiskers, maybe instead of a no irish policy, we should draft Tommy Walsh's younger brother and turn him into a superstar

Seb Ross
I have this feeling that this kid is going to be a ripper this year.
Could anyone tell how his pre-season has been going?
With Watters as coach and looking to give the young blokes a go, does look like pushing for selection early in the season?

I agree our lack of shorts could be an issues if injury hits. But I think we'll be fine with Ben, Kosi and Stanley this year. Next year I think we should target one of Jarrod Witts or Jonathon Ceglar, and convince one of them that there opportunities at collingwood are going to be extremely limited!...

Now I admit that I have a very limited knowledge of the EPL system; but I would assume that the Senior Coach would still have more power than the new player development boss, and this is the club indicating that they will now be placing the same level of importance in player development as they have...

Moving Sam Fisher into the middle seam to work a treat!! I'd tried this again just to make sure it wasnt a once off. I also think Sam Gilbert is able to break the lines when he is on the ball. This is a much better position for him than up forward. He also demonstrated his ability to tag and work of...

Sammy smashed Judd al night, what you may not of noticed was that he went back on to weight late in the game. I believe this was a poor coaching decision as he had no more influence on Weights game than anyone else did. He appears to be a good run with player, as he is quick, has the ability to get ...

Keep Riewoldt in the side, he'll be right with a light week on the track. However I'd move him back to CHB, play a small mobile forward line including Johnson at FF. Imagine the pressence Riewoldt could have in the backline, a couple goals a game, game saving marks and quality delivery into the forw...
