Watching him tonight I'm still not convinced with Billings. Not polished enough and physically looks like a boy after 4 seasons in the AFL.sainters85 wrote:can billings please kick a goal? supposed to be an elite kicker. Goes missing in games like this

Re: Match Thread Saints v Bombers Round 17 2017
Looks like the 6 day breaks have taken their toll - wouldnt be surprised if we come out and beat the Swans Seriously? Last week's second half is a continuation of this whole match. This team is still light on for genuine talent. If the rest played at half the level of Carlisle and Roberton tonight,...

Other than Carlisle and Roberton, none of our talls have any presence in a contest and have been outmarked to the point of embarrassment.

Hoping the new trial drug has the same effect for you as the lady on 60 minutes last Sunday. A truly inspiring story with a great outcome. My very best wishes to you Playon. Take care and keep fighting because you can beat this like she did. Another win on Saturday night will also help, so make it s...

Well now that I saw the video I'm pretty surprised Jimmy did that. Still didn't seem that spiteful but was stupid. Deserved one week not two in my opinion.dragit wrote:Yuk, Webster - what an idiot, thank god sanity prevailed for Steven.

I didn't see any spiteful incident involving Webster for him to get 2 weeks . That's a bad loss coming up against the Tigers.

If only we had another one of him to stick in the forward line. He would be a gun CHF if he played there too. Carlisle is a seriously talented, mobile key position player.

Great win to build on a bit of momentum again. Thank god they brought Steele back in but how Weller keeps getting a game is beyond me. Acres would have been handy today instead of him. Mav has been very disappointing all year. More of a show pony out there and nothing like the player of last year.

She was saying another GF win. I should correct Con, good pick up in the way I wrote the post. Still, just goes to show how a 31 years gap can make a supporter in their 80's feel knowing they are at the twilight of their life.

Re: Two first rounders & I'm nervous
I was 16 at the time and sitting right behind Lockett when he took that hanger. Don't know who was more worse for wear, Lockett or the ground beneath him. I remember it behind one occasion where we were favourites to win a final and completely stunk it up. And then I had to get the bus home. Worst ...

The best thing about Ross is his uncomprimising, obsessive desire to improve himself. That's what makes him special. Natural talent is great to a certain extent but when you get a player that has that 'meet no end'. inspiring level of hard work and determination, then you know you have a beauty. We ...

That's a joke. The club's medicos are as qualified as the recruiting staff. Minchy goes alright and the last thing he needs is to have career ankle problems like Daisy Thomas has had. Not a good sign to need surgery for ligament damage. Must have injured it pretty badly by going back on the f...

Re: VFL RD 10- Sandringham Vs Coburg
What's really concerning is that we have virtually no injuries with really only Armo. You see other sides still competitive with 10 or 12 on the injury list This is a very good point that is being overlooked.... I think the club is in crisis. It is a very good point. Our playing list talent is not ...
