Re: Greatest Kosi Memories?
Kosi did have a chance to mark and actually got first purchase on the ball. But the weight of numbers and tiredness and desperation all contrived to spill the ball free. So close... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=of_oTtyLoec 6.40 minute mark. He made a great attempt to mark and probably would have ...

Re: Greatest Kosi Memories?
Thirty seconds to go in the 2010 Drawn Grand Final, the ball kicked to the top of the square and hitting Kosi in the back of the head and it was then cleared to the boundary for the siren to sound. All he had to do was turn around and mark it on his chest unopposed, but he was stuffed. Always loved ...

A lovely man a real gentleman. I thought his career was over when he was almost paralyzed by Stafford of Richmond! In one of the great dog acts perpetrated on a football field Agreed .......... ball was out of bounds over the boundary when Stafford came in with his knees straight into Blakey head f...

Re: memories of the 60's - Oakley
A good player and a versatile one. I seem to remember he played at full forward in '66 and kicked a couple of bags. Amazing when you consider that he was under 6 foot. Ross never played at full forward - almost always on the wing, a few times on the ball. In 1966, Cowboy was our man at FF for most ...

Re: Season over
It was at times very painful watching the game tonight, and some of the basic skill errors were horrific, however having said that, anyone who puts forward a case of the season being "over" (in my humble opinion) is way off the mark. Upsets happen in AFL and its now a matter of being TOUG...

Did we train over the summer, sorry, but they look so unfit and slow, again no friggin forwards who can take marks, haven't seen Maister since the 2nd quarter, have hardly seen Milne, Dal Santo, this is poorest start to a season I've seen for a long time, my optism has nose dived. ]]d.\, Don't be s...

Re: Poor Tommy
Is going to regret leaving the saints big time. Looking desperatly for a big key defender, which he could have been. Now the Swans have won the flag with a very solid backline, now looking at getting tippett to boost their forward line. If only he stayed with us he would of probably played 6+ games...
