We were crap that game but I'll say it again. Footy is very fickle and the wheel can turn very quickly. Both bloody ways!!

Very almost didn't - ran out of legs and were lucky to compose and get the pointssaynta wrote:They are thrashing the hawks

Two short on the bench would have had an impact.HardSaint wrote:Very almost didn't - ran out of legs and were lucky to compose and get the pointssaynta wrote:They are thrashing the hawks

Playing some decent footy are Norf. Don't worry about nearly running out of legs... They worked hard to put themselves in a winning position and they got the points

We still played with zero intensity and dropped there heads when North got a run on. IMO it was our worst loss for a long time.

We’re into year 5 of our rebuild, whereas North finished runner up for the spoon last year and have only just started their rebuild.
If they flogged us because they’re a better team, then all that proves is that our rebuild is a flop.

Roos and Eagles are the surprise packets for the season.
On the other hand everybody expected Port to be good but they look some old same old.
Geelong also a slight surprise for me. I expected them to be mid table.
What it seems to show is that good coaches are good coaches.

Collingwood, Melbourne and Gold Coast games will be true tests.
