Finey

Post: # 1010104Post jenny_fafa »

Can anyone tell me what they said about Finey tonight on SEN? I just turned the radio on but he's not on...which is not surprising but I thought he was supposed to just be having the week off last week.

Does anyone know when he will return?

Have not been listening today but like you thought he was to be back on tonight.

May have taken the loss hard like last year but he had the following week off....before being rostered to work

Huge Thunbs Up to the overnight presenter who has soldiered on knowing he would get the "*#*# " from pies supporters and has handled what I've heard amazingly well...

I wonder if it's helped the recovery process.....?

thanks!

Maybe he thought lots of people would tune in tonight to give it to him and he's hoping by tomorrow night they will have forgotten. He's probably right - i'd expect most collingwood supporters have the attention span of a goldfish

Darren Parkin. One of the best on SEN, and a pleasure to listen to. Makes radio after midnight something to actually look foward to when going to bed.

Well said. Quality bloke as well. Very lucky to call this guy a mate, has worked bloody hard to get to where he is now - the last few nights have been extra hard im sure.

Think Finey is an absolute gem, have more respect for his opinions than anyone else in the media. Have listened to Darren Parkin a few times also and think he's going to be a star in the future, very measured also.
