Its weird discovering the friendships within Football clubs...

We see them as all equals out on the playing field - Well I do, all in the same jumper... And we rank them on ability.

Clearly Roo must be close with Zac and Gilbert to travel with them.... So im not surprised Gilbert and Roo are very very close mates... IN fact to pot him like he did, they must have had a very strong friendship in hindsight.

Zac seems to be Mr Popular within footy clubs... Wasnt he best mates with Franklin? Seems to be a massive contrast to the media perception of him and his ability, or we seem to forgot players have got personalities.....

Even more important, don't believe anyone is 19 and is from AIS, or even the NZIS.

Except for the sanity nothing much has been lost.

Indeed Bardon.

A lot of people, including many here, have suggested Roo won't be able to be on the same footy oval as Gilbo. Some have even suggested SG will have to offloaded at the end of the year given their problems.

Very positive way indeed to say that's absolute crap.

Sam made a mistake, Roo called him out for it and everyone moves on.

Could be dangerous will they have their minds on Footy?

Isn't this the reason wives are banned from cricket tours?

I can't believe all the hoo har over this.

Have you never had a mate who has done something really dumb, you've given him what for and a clip around the ears and then moved on??

That's all it is, nothing more than that. Surely people don't think this is some sort of McLeod/Edwards type rift?

That's certainly how I see it M22.

But from the comments on this forum and others since the presser, clearly some see, or perhaps even want to see, something far more sinister.

So Nick publicly blamed Sam. Big deal. He was simply providing an explanation as to how these private photos had made it onto FB.

Considering what happened I'm sure SG would feel he got off lightly.
