You cant just bring all the kids in. They would loose by 10+ goals every week and their confidence would be shot.

So sick of hearing this, look how many kids are out there this week. It has to be a gradual thing. Getting the perfect balance is hard.
Mate not suggesting playing the entire seconds team. But how long can we persist with players like Gram not giving a yelp? Not even putting any pressure on. And hey, our kids are no longer kids...many of them have been running around in the VFL for two-three years now...
Gram played ok last week. So that is why he is in this weeks team. You cant drop a player half way through a game, unless you sub him, which I believe we have already done.
Yeah but you can drop him next week...which we wont do. Comes a time when you have to really make a stand as coach. You will lose games, but we are in pre-season for next year now. Time to look to the future.
How do you know he wont be dropped next week. Wait and see then come on and vent your spleen.

I still dont know the score, some match thread. More people come on when we are losing than when we were blitzing in first quarter.
Mate its not about venting your spleen, its about list management. Our players are clearly affected from the last two years, and the message is not getting through. A player like Sippos proves that we must blood players...and woyldnt Rooy love to be able to kick like Sippos...

Sippos kicks this and we are still a chance.

But I am seriously embarrassed unless we completely turn this around.
Why be embarrassed it isnt your fault. Get a grip
the poster is probably embarrassed because we are playin $hit, just a shame the players dont feel embarrassed when they pick up their fat pay chq every week

There will definitely be a few players getting given their farewell games in the coming weeks.

False logic... in spite of their poor performances they may still be playing better than the other options on the list.
I just wanna know why this is entirely the playing lists fault and Rossy gets off scot free

If Sheedy had peddled the same game plan forever he never would have lasted 20+ years at the Bombers, good coaches adapt with the times. And the time is now!
I don't think Lyon will get off Scot free after this sorry effort. The way we've fallen apart today after Q1 has a strong sense of inferior match day coaching about it. I'm really starting to believe the bloke with inside knowledge who told me that he reckoned Lyon was a nice bloke but extremely hands off (and perhaps even a bit of a nong) and that Tudor had been the brains of the operation.

I hope our coach does get his fair share of the blame for this.

He is definitely a glass half empty kind of guy :?

In essence "ensuring our opponents score less then us" is no different from his predecessors philosophy of "we will score more then you" but it kinda is.

We will be lucky to even hit triple figures against the GC when we play them :?

Bring on GWS

Finally a constructive idea. More beer, now that is a good idea. I'm off to the fridge too :D

And buddy no footy team is worth wrecking your plasma for.

I don't believe that for a second. You look at the stats after the first quarter and it's pretty simple. The Hawks turned up the heat and our mob didn't want to compete at that level.

Sick of reading that our players are affected by the last two years . They are highly paid professionals, either do what you are paid to do or f**k off. They are as weak as piss, an absolute disgrace.

Totally unacceptable performance, fifteenth on the ladder about right. Play aside with two players short and dish up this crap.

About time about some of the so called stars who have not fired a shot pretty much all year are held accountable.
