Any updates?

I noticed 'The Barometer' section in todays Sun had him listed as injured, 1 week away.

Is this correct?

Ledger was easily our most impressive in the pre-season, and for mine is just the type of player we need in the side - tough, quick, wins the ball, can kick on both sides.

I thought he had put together a couple of games at Sandy already and is on the cusp?

Yeah pretty sure he's played a few games for Sandy now.

Ross alluded to him in a recent interview, said he's a chance in the coming weeks.

Would love to see him get a gig too.

Injury list as of today and yes Ledger has been playing VFL for past few weeks.. Just goes to show that you cant trust the Herald Scum
Paul Cahill Quadricep "Started sprinting, close to returning to full training."

Rob Eddy Broken Arm "Will train on Thursday. Should play for Sandy after the BYE."

Lenny Hayes Knee (long term injury) "Has had knee surgery."

Michael Gardiner Knee (long term injury) "Had his best week of training for a couple of months."

Jarryn Geary Fibula "Back running on grass after working on the treadmill."

Nice young man

have had occassion to chat to him twice in the last week at functions (and he remembered me which impressed me as I thought I was totally forgettable  .)

always seems to be hungry though - :D
but ask him for an autograph and whe'll write you a message.
totally surprised to be selected by the saints as he was working at the Eagles and fully expected to go there. But most impressed with the saints recruiters-

Said he is building back up again after his first ever injury.

What was wrong with Crock's shoulder?

I look at that and just keeping getting the giggles.

Something a little 'Addams Family' about it...

he had arm in sling and x-ray package in hand
but not listed in injury report so maybe it settled...

The Hun have had him injured for weeks. Even for the reserves games he played.

Has played in the last two Sandy games. Is building fitness base up after a reasonably serious hammy. His first real injury.

Will be a player IMO.

Should really be pushing for a spot in the next month.

Did he injure it signing autographs for Grumps?

Couldn't resist.

I agree. IF he captures that NAB form he'll be the most impressive.

Trained really well today, no sign of any injury. His field kicking and goal kicking is only second to Siposs!! We got a good one here.

Did I doze off and miss all Ledgers heroics in the NAB Cup?

I saw him play one game, get maybe 6 touches, one or two of which hit a target nicely

Maybe my memory is playing tricks on me, but the way some people are carrying on, I must have missed the other 30 touches 10 clearances and a dozen hard ball gets

Sippos hasnt had 5 goals and 30 touches either - but theres a bit to see and like.

I dont watch NAB Cup for stats, I watch for players responses under pressure, decision making/skills and ball winning ability along with contested efforts and pace.

I liked what I saw in Ledger - his attack on the contest impressed me.

Geez! Such a small sample size for an analysis method so complex!
